Customer Service
Your satisfaction with the products you order from Shoestring Home is extremely important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at shop@shoestringhome.com immediately. We accept returns within 7 days of reciept, as long as the merchandise is in the condition it was when we shipped it to you. Once you have emailed us, we will arrange to have a prepaid shipping label sent to you to ship the merchandise back to us. Please pack the merchandise in the same packing material it came in, attach label and return to a FedEx Kinko's location near you. If you want FedEx to pick up the package from your home, there is a $7 shipping fee deducted from the return to cover this service.

Shipping
We ship via FedEx, using ground service. If you need us to expedite the shipping of your order, please email us or add those instructions to the instructions field during checkout. Your credit card will be billed the actual difference between the cost of ground shipping, which you were charged at checkout, and the additional cost of 2-day or 3-day shipping. If your order was over $50 and you received free shipping, you will be charged the full cost of the expedited shipping.
